Born Global Foundation organizes the Born Global Annual Coopetition seeking ideas on sustainable design and development, keeping in mind the UN sustainability goals.

As a team of 3 students, we presented the idea of creating biodegradable tampons and applicators using natural materials and food waste to promote environmental awareness in an area of repetitive waste generation.

​

The team were adjudged winners for the BG Coopetition 2022, being awarded a prize of $5,000
